The contract is either accomplished when NG accepts the proposal of the customer or starts the development of the object of agreement. There is no need for further information of the customer. Changes in the terms of the aggreement need confirmation by the partner of the contract. Any changes of these trading conditions have no effect on existing contracts.

It's the risc of the customer to make sure that the object of the contract comes up to his or her expectation. If it's the customer's wish to asess special guidelines then he has to do so in writing. These guidelines have to be accepted by NG. The customer may inform himself/ herself about the progress of the object of the contract at any time. Is the support of the customer needed for the accompishment of the contract, he/ she has to aid NG. If he/ she fails to do so at the time of 4 weeks after having received an written request, NG can claim payment equaling the stage of development and may withdraw from the contract. The object of the contract subrogates in its existing form to the customer.

An introduction is only part of the contract when it has been agreed. In the event of a purchase of a certain domain or maintenance of the website, NG acts as a arbitrator between the webprovider and the customer. Contracts between these companies and the customer do not have any effects on NG. NG does not have any influence on how the domain is assigned and does not furnish guaranty for these kind of actions. It can not be made responsible if any third party claims are upon these domains.

The customer may not offend with form, contents or pursued purpose of his
Internetsite against legal prohibitions, the good customs and rights
third (name -, authors -, data protection laws etc..).
